Fela’s Intention While Alive Was Positive, Malaika Wants Musicians To Emulate Him

Fuji act Malaika while performing at the just ended 2015 Felabration said Fela made a positive impact in the lives of people and that is why even after his death, his legacy lives on. He made the comment while performing on stage.

"Everyone should take a cue from the Late Afro-Beat Legend, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti in as much as you are a musician in Nigeria. After many years Fela died, people are still celebrating him in a great deal. It shows that his intentions while a live were positive", he said. More photos below.
